Lancashire Beef from The Hindquarter Butchers
At The Hindquarter we produce our own beef on our farm. Our suckler bred heifers are finished on a special diet which is mixed on farm. All the feed ingredients are home grown, giving us total control over what the feed contains. We use a local abattoir to minimise any stress to the animals.
The special diet fed increases the tenderness and flavour of the meat. Added to this, all beef is matured on the bone for 14 days to enhance the succulence and taste of the meat. We then carefully select the cuts you require or our skilled butchery team can prepare a joint or cut to your individual requirements.
