Preheat oven to 180C. Place each chop or steak on a piece of kitchen foil large enough to wrap it completely. Put all other ingredients in a bowl and mix. Spoon the mixture evenly over each chop or steak and wrap up the foil to make a loose parcel. Place in a roasting tin and cook for 50-55 mins. When cooked unwrap carefully and pour any liquid left in the parcel over the meat. Serve with potatoes & green vegetables.
